More movies from the Cube Clubs, this time for Samus' latest adventure on the portable front.

We've uploaded a new movie of Metroid Fusion!

Taken straight off of the Cube Club DVD, this is some really solid footage of the beautiful art style and graphical techniques used on the GBA for this sequel to Super Metroid. Samus is seen using familiar weapons and items such as missiles, Maru Maru, Power Bombs and even the Speed Boost.

According to the latest Famitsu, "takuto" in the title "Kaze no Takuto" refers to the baton that an orchestra conductor uses. As a result, like its predecessor Ocarina of Time, music will probably play a role in this game. It is also very likely that the Baton of Wind is an item in the game just like how the Ocarina of Time and Mask of Majora were in their respective games.

Back in the corner of the Minneapolis Cube Club, we had a bunch of couches and comfy chairs set up for demonstrating all the Panasonic gear. In particular, on the big screen Panasonic TV, was a Promotional DVD that you could browse through, that included some Metroid Prime and Fusion information.

Reports are coming in that the newest GameCube in-store demo contains a playable Metroid Prime sample. It seems that the demo is the same one shown at the E3 Expo back in May, or a slightly modified version of it. The demo is apparently timed, but that E3 demo level could be beaten in less than ten minutes if you were fast...so consider this a challenge from Nintendo. Beat the demo before time runs out!
