The twisted tale of Clementine will be here soon.
At least one season of one of the most critically acclaimed adventure series of the decade will play out on Switch before the end of 2018.
Telltale Games has confirmed that The Walking Dead: The Final Season will come to Switch "later this year". Previous Telltale Switch releases have released in complete packages, such as Minecraft: Story Mode and the Telltale Batman series, as opposed to their normal episodic model.

All the fun of the board games without having to pick up pieces afterwards.
The Switch will be able to determine a chairman of the board this winter.
VentureBeat has confirmed that Asmodee Digital, publisher of multiple digital adaptations of board games, will begun publishing versions of its licenses on Switch starting with Carcassone. In the statement to VentureBeat, Asmodee confirmed that it would be the "first of many" Switch titles.

Arena of Valor is looking for some more beta testers.

The Switch is keeping the spirit of the horizontal shooter alive.
GungHo Online Entertainment has announced the contents of their E3 booth, and the Switch will be well represented.
The company announced a follow-up to the 17-Bit developed shooter Galak-Z today called Galak-Z: Variant S. A follow-up to the 2015 original, it will be a horizontal space shooter based on Japanese animation.

Throw a couple dozen more games on the Switch this week as the platform continues to pile up the big guns. In stores now is the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection - even if most default kits would be suboptimal for it - as well as Vita refugee Fallen Legion and Yoku's Island Express, who will be getting its card release in a few weeks.

I guess we'll add the screens and art to the Rogue's Gallery.
The oft-rumored title featuring playable DC villains is finally a reality.
WB announced that their second LEGO title for 2018 would be LEGO DC Super Villains, which will release on October 16. The full roster has not yet been revealed, but DC standbys such as Harley Quinn, The Joker, and Lex Luthor have been confirmed.

Sadly, Danica Patrick's retirement means she won't be partaking.
After a tease in March, Sega has finally pulled the cover off their newest racing title.
Team Sonic Racing will release in Winter 2018, and will feature characters from across the Sonic franchise. A full single player Adventure Mode and up to 12-player online mode will be available.
Sumo Digital, who developed the previous Sonic Racing titles, will reprise their development role.

Put EEVEE on HEAD.
After weeks of rumors and speculation, GameFreak have pulled the cover on the first full Pokémon RPG for the Switch.
Pokémon Let's Go! will release for Switch on November 16 in two versions, starring Pikachu and Eevee. The game will feature split Joy-Con co-op play, as well as online interactions.

The Pokémon Company has announced a new spinoff title that will not only hit mobile devices, but the Switch as well.
Pokémon Quest has been announced and is now available on the eShop and mobile platforms. The game features Pokémon hunting on islands, with only the first 151 Pokémon confirmed for now and a gacha system deciding which Pokémon are available.

Looks like the story will be a huge part.
Next month will see the debut of another rhythm title for Switch.
Playdius has announced that they will publish Digixart Entertainment's rhythm adventure Lost in Harmony on Switch June 21. A multiple award winner on mobile platforms, the Switch version will have full Joy-Con functionality including HD Rumble.

An upcoming indie RPG for Switch will require the heart of the cards.
French indie studio Seenapsis have announced A Long Way Down, an isometric RPG with a card based battle system. In the vein of titles like Darkest Dungeon, the game is meant for multiple playthroughs.
No release date has been given for the title.

Apparently giant robots can't stand up to Angry Dad, just Pokemon can.
The NPD Group has released the results of their April sales survey and although God of War was dominant, Nintendo had another strong month.
For the period of April 8 - May 5, God of War for PlayStation 4 lapped the field in terms of game sales, and the PlayStation 4 had the highest recorded April sales since the Wii in 2009. Despite that, the Switch w/neon Joy-Cons was still the best selling individual system for the second straight month.

Getting closer to the one Switch per person goal.
The Japanese My Nintendo shop has added a new item which aims to widen the release of the Switch.
On their Japanese language Topics blog, Nintendo announced today that the cash store would begin selling a Switch for ¥24,980 (current Japanese Switch MSRP is ¥29,980) that would forego the dock, AC adapter, HDMI cable, and Joy-Con grip.
