HAL Laboratory's new puzzle platformer will be coming soon to 3DS.
Boxboy! will be released on the 3DS eShop this spring.
The game, developed by HAL Laboratory, has you controlling a character named Qbby, who has the ability to create and manipulate structures of blocks in order to solve puzzles. It includes 173 levels full of platforming challenges.

The hit PC indie game Gone Home is no longer in development for Wii U or any other consoles, The Fulbright Company has confirmed.

Nintendo's Toy-to-Life Figures received feedback that they were too large and expensive for the Japanese toy market.
Nintendo intentionally made their Amiibo Figures larger and more expensive than Japanese consumers were used to, according to remarks from Company President Satoru Iwata at a recent Financial Results Q&A. This was done to position the figurines — of which Nintendo shipped more than 5.7 million units worldwide last year — better for the global markets.

New Nintendo 3DS owners in Europe can look forward to nine new sets of Cover Plates. These are scheduled to release April 2.

Will soon be as valuable as gold.
The Super Mario Amiibo Gold Edition will be exclusively available at 3,000 Walmart locations in the U.S. on March 20.
The special Gold Edition Mario Amiibo will function exactly the same as the Super Smash Bros. series and Super Mario series Mario Amiibo figures.
Walmart’s website had the Gold Edition Super Mario Amiibo up for pre-order multiple times today, but it sold out quickly on every occasion it was available.

New Nintendo 3DS gets another colorful option added to its roster!
NCL has announced plans for special cover plates, which will be released alongside Xenoblade Chronicles 3D in Japan.
The New Nintendo 3DS covers have a glossy look and bright red color to boot. The set features the well known Monado blade, which plays a key roll in Xenoblade Chronicles. To underline this weapon's strength, the covers also have a single line of text, which reads: "Power of Monado."

Global sales of the Mario Party franchise have surpassed 39 million copies, Nintendo has announced.
"Mario Party 10 is the first Wii U instalment in the revered Mario Party series, which since its debut – Mario Party – on Nintendo 64 in 1999 has sold over 39.6 million copies globally," the company said in a post on its website.
