A one-time purchase at a lower price gets you on board.
As confirmed by a Nintendo of America press release, the Puzzle and Dragons Dual Pack will release on May 22 at a price of $29.99 (US), both at retail and digitally.

Today in Nintendo news, a particular Aussie retailer is getting a bit ahead of themselves, and the Virtual Console in North America adds a relative rarity.

NPD Sales: Majora's Mask on Top, Monster Hunter 4: Ultimate Charts
It was a good month in February to be a 3DS fan as sales of both The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask and Monster Hunter 4: Ultimate. Majora's Mask, which topped the charts at number one, sold 515,000 combined in digital and physical sales. Monster Hunter 4: Ultimate sold around 290,000, reaching number ten.

Well at least it wasn't ended by a meteor strike.
Maxis Emeryville, the developer behind the Sim City franchise, is no more after being shut down by its parent company Electronic Arts yesterday.
In an official statement, an EA representative says that employees at Maxis will be given other opportunities for work in other EA studios. For those leaving however they are "working to ensure the best possible transition with separation packages and career assistance."
