Nintendo’s official Spanish magazine solidly confirms what we’ve all expected, straight from the producer himself.

In a recent interview with Eiji Aonuma, producer of the Zelda series, Spanish magazine Club Nintendo revealed that Zelda: Four Swords is in the works for the upcoming handheld.

EA: The Zelda team is already planning Four Swords for the Nintendo DS. This game will have a lot of connectivity and feature a lot of interaction between both screens. It will be interesting.

All you need to do is get to San Diego in the next four days.

Thanks to a tip from one of our readers, we've found out that Nintendo has a booth this year at the San Diego Comic-Con. Convention goers will have the opportunity to play two huge upcoming Nintendo Gamecube titles, Metroid Prime 2: Echoes and Resident Evil 4. Nintendo Corporation Ltd. is releasing a special edition "Starlight Gold" Gamecube in Japan, exclusively through the Japanese branch of the popular toy store, Toys "R" Us. This special edition Gamecube has a gold tint to it. The unit, which is available now, costs 13,799 yen ($127), the same price as a regular GameCube system, and includes the same accessories, including a golden controller. Gamasutra, Game Developers Magazine’s online division, recently posted its E3 interview with legendary game designer Shigeru Miyamoto, Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma, and lead DS hardware designer Kenichi Sugino. The article is an interesting read, with discussion of game and hardware design, Four Swords, and the competition, but most newsworthy is Miyamoto’s comment on Nintendo DS’s multiplayer:
