The Lost Levels are now lost to Europe. But what about North America?
When Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels was announced for a European release a few weeks ago, it came with a caveat: It would only be available to download until the end of September. It's now October, meaning that if you didn't jump on your window of opportunity—or you just couldn't get a Wii in time—you can't get it anymore.

Nintendo still not bringing Mother 3 to America
Super Smash Bros. Brawl will feature another psychic character, this one named Lucas, from the Japan-only Game Boy Advance game Mother 3. The new character was announced by Smash Bros. creator Masahiro Sakurai; the included screens show Lucas using psychic powers similar to Ness, who appeared in Super Smash Bros. on the N64 and in Super Smash Bros. Melee on the GameCube.

The same actor responsible for Snake's lines in the MGS games will be reprising his role in Nintendo's all-star brawler.
David Hayter, the voice of Solid Snake and Big Boss from the Metal Gear Solid series, will be lending his voice to Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
This revelation did not come to us via the Smash Bros. Dojo, but instead was confirmed through David Hayter's personal website. The actor and writer lists SSBB as one of the games he has worked on as the voice of Snake in the "Metal Gear/Solid Snake" section of his site.

Square Enix are looking to expand their global sales and increase overseas revenue from the current 50% of the total to 75% within the next three to five years.

It looks like the only place Wii takes second is on a NASCAR track.
As NASCAR fans already know, Greg Biffle and his No. 16 Wii-sponsored Ford Fusion raced to a solid second-place finish Sunday at Dover International Speedway in Dover, Delaware.
Finishing just behind Carl Edwards, the win moved Biffle up to fifteenth place in the overall Nextel Cup standings. More importantly, he made Wii owners and Nintendo fans proud.
