The rumors are true. Giles Goddard, lead programmer of the original 1080 Snowboarding, has indeed returned to work at Nintendo. Find out what he'll be working on...

As previously rumored, Giles Goddard has rejoined the Nintendo family! Thanks to N-Sider, it is now confirmed that the programmer behind Mario's 3D rubber face is hard at work inside EAD once again.

But the newly rehired veteran isn't working on the 1080 sequel as some had thought--that project's status is still up in the air. Mr. Goddard is currently the lead programmer and a designer for the "Doshin the Giant" remake, one of the (few) ill-fated 64DD games. Marigul's Yellow golemoth will make his way into homes with more flair than ever thanks to the GameCube's superior technology and Giles Goddard's talent.
