Download the new DLC games and use your StreetPasses and Play Coins to get more hats!

The four new games in the StreetPass Plaza are now available for purchase in North America. The update and games were first made available in Europe and Japan last month.

In North America, the games are called Mii Force, Flower Town, Warrior's Way, and Monster Manor. Each one is available for $4.99, or as a four-game bundle for $14.99.

Also, new Puzzle Swap puzzles are available, including Nintendo Starlets, featuring the ladies of Nintendo, Xenoblade, New Super Mario Bros. U/New Super Luigi U, and Skyward Sword.

Be sure to check our previous news story about the update, as well as the segment on Connectivity from a few weeks ago. And here's a tip, exit the Plaza and return to it to get a free Pixel Mario hat!

Sad thing is that I will probably end up buying all of them even though I don't want too.

Downloading the update now.  New puzzles out now too.

Wish I could have had these last weekend at Pokemon Nationals.

ArganosJuly 11, 2013

For US users... Update the 3DS firmware and then go to the plaza and the games will show up there (I went through the whole eshop before I figured it out! )

NemoJuly 12, 2013

Arganos, I just did the same thing... I'm waiting for the update now. Do you purchase the upgrades directly through StreetPass Plaza app?

AwesomeUnicornJuly 12, 2013

Nemo, you but them in the Mii Plaza. A little bunny with a tablet will offer to sell you the bundle from any of the four new stations.

Are review minis coming for all of these? The plant one seems lame

ArganosJuly 12, 2013

Nemo and everyone else... Try to listen to the bunny's whole sales pitch.. He sounds like an infomatial sales man.  :)

TheFleeceJuly 12, 2013

I was really hoping that these would come out soon, I'm glad NOA didn't disappoint. I ended up getting all of them since I would have spent $15 plus tax for the three that I really wanted. I'm considering the flower one as just a freebie, but honestly even that one is kind of cool!

NemoJuly 12, 2013

I'm not sold on the flower one yet, but all the others look like they'll be a lot of fun. I'll have to go out and get some streetpasses today.

In Warrior's Way, I wonder if the castle-type you choose has any bearing other than cosmetic.

To clarify, I bought the bundle. I'm not convinced this will be a fun game.

Also, I could have sworn there was an edit button?

It was disabled in Talkback (and a couple others) after the incident with SUPER and others.

Anybody else find this odd? In previous games, this would have been a 3DS or Wii U GamePad, not a tablet.

Not at all. I still would never use a nintendo browser for anything so I see this as them admitting the obvious.

I would be much more interested if I made more then 10 playcoins a day... nowadays there are just so many better thimgs to pour them into

I love Mii Force so far (expect a Review Mini of that early next week!), and I'm having fun with the Garden and Warrior's Way. Haven't touched Manor yet.

UncleBobRichard Cook, Guest ContributorJuly 13, 2013

The gardening game is... ugh.

The other three games are pretty awesome.

Minor bonus, flipping through the puzzle panels has been sped up - a lot.  Yay!

TheFleeceJuly 13, 2013

Mii Force is my favorite so far, it reminds me of Fantasy Zone.

Hm.  Apparently, there's 90 new hats that you get from tickets.  There are 22 tickets per game, and you're given one free ticket to start out with.  Which means you can get 89 of the hats.

Now, I'm sure there's some way to get that last hat, but the issue is...

...I have to work through that stupid gardening game...  guh.

I'm right there with you, Bob. I've been gardening first and then enjoying the rest of the games. I feel that it's very wordy and not entertaining. I'm not sure that game is supposed to be for. I'm seriously considering deleting it, but Hats, right?

UncleBobRichard Cook, Guest ContributorJuly 13, 2013

Yup.  Hats. :(
