HIP INTERACTIVE CORP. NAMED EXCLUSIVE CANADIAN PROVIDER OF

GAME BOY ADVANCE® VIDEO PRODUCTS BY MAJESCO

Hip Interactive Corp. (TSX: HP), Canada's leading provider of electronic entertainment, including video games,

PC games, accessories and movies, announced today an agreement with Majesco Holdings Inc (OTC: MJSH) to

be the exclusive supplier of all Majesco’s Game Boy Advance® Video products across Canada.

The breakthrough technology enables Game Boy Advance owners to watch full-colour, full-screen video at high

quality resolution (240 x 160) using a standard Game Boy Advance cartridge with no external peripheral

hardware attachment required. Viewers can use standard DVD style controls to watch video of top-rated shows,

including: SpongeBob SquarePants, Jimmy Neutron, The Fairly Odd Parents, Codename: Kids Next Door, Ed,

Edd n Eddy, The Powerpuff Girls, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, Sonic X, Strawberry Shortcake and

many others.
