Yes, Tony Hawk 3 will be on NGC!

If you were worried that we wouldn't see Tony Hawk 3 for GameCube, rest easy. PGC is here to confirm the game for you!

I got an e-mail today from NPD asking me to fill out an online survey on behalf of Activision. A question posed in the survey confirms that Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 is being released for Gamecube:

"Please read the description about a new Tony Hawk's Pro Skater game.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 is the next installment in the best selling skateboarding franchise of all time. This latest version takes advantage of the power provided by the next generation of

video game consoles (specifically, it will be launched on PS2, XBox, and Nintendo Game Cube) and brings the classic Tony Hawk

gameplay to the next level. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 will offer new skaters, new levels and new enhancements to every element of the game. The levels will be massive "living" levels populated with pedestrians and intelligent traffic. Both the create- a-skater mode and skatepark editor will

be enhanced with more choices to create a greater variety of skaters and levels.

Now, after reading the description for Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 game, which of the following describes how likely you, or someone in your household, would be to buy this game?"

This seemingly innocent survey provides good news indeed, because previous press releases posted on the various news sites did not list GC as a platform. This proves otherwise.

Thanks to Desmond Gaban for the assist!
