A great Q & A with Nintendo’s star game designer. It's MSNBC's Steve Kent gettin' jiggy w/Shiggy. Don't miss "the Master"'s comments!

This excellent interview has been online over a week and all the while, it's been outside of the Planet radar viewscreen. Whoopsie. Well, no longer. If you haven't seen it yet, scamper over to MSNBC for Steven Kent doing a brief but whiz-bang interview with everyone's favorite game developer, Shigeru Miyamoto, AKA "Shiggy" to fools like us at da Planet. Highlights include Miyamoto saying there is "100 percent assurance" that the Space World demos are comparable in appearence to finalized Gamecube software. We knew it anyway, but BOOYEAH!

Asked about "Mario 128", Shiggy replied: "That is actually just one of several experiments that I am working on right now. I just do not know if I am going to make a so-called Mario 128 ... It would take one year to complete Mario 128 or any project of that sort." Shiggy was then asked about "Luigi's Mansion," where he essentially said he'll say more at E3 & that "Luigi's Mansion" wouldn't be the title. Could this Luigi thing be its own game & the 'replacement' for Mario 128? Is Luigi starring in the title? Or will we see the Mario Brothers' together? Check out the interview and let us know what you think in our talkback!
