The frontline of Makoto, Chie, and Persona 3's female main character is officially known as "The Best Girls".

After its Australian rating, Persona Q2 has a confirmed release date for the rest of the world.

The crossover dungeon crawler will release outside Japan on June 4. Two editions will be available: the standard edition for US$39.99 that comes with pins of the four Persona protagonists represented in the game, or a "Showtime" edition for $69.99 that will add playing cards and a 5" plush of Persona 3's pet Koromaru.

In a departure from prior Persona games, the game will feature English text but Japanese voices; Atlus has no plans to record an English voice track.

Chie... ...known as "The Best Girls".

There's a part of me that thinks:
Hey, this is going to be one of the last 3DS games so it might end up being a rare title.  I've enjoyed the Etrian Odyssey demos I've played so I like the gameplay, at least for a little while, and the first game was supposed to be good so maybe I should pick this up.

Then another part of me thinks:
I haven't played any Persona games so will I get the references?  Should I have played Persona Q1?  And then I may end up going down the rabbit hole and getting Persona 3, 4 & 5 and Q1 and now I've added five RPGs to a backlog that already has too many RPGs.  And what if I don't like the Persona games?  Gotta figure that out before Persona Q2 disappears from stores.

This is, like, the stupidest "problem" a person could have. :)

Kudos to you Atlus.  So what if there isn't going to be English voices?  English text is fine by me.  Seriously though, 3DS in 2019?

1) Etrian Odyssey Nexus
2) Yo Kai Watch 3
3) Persona Q2

I would love to ask my 2011 self "Do you think you will be playing not 1...not 2...but THREE brand new 3DS games in 2019?"  Insane, absolutely insane.  (But absolutely happy!)  ^_^
