Touch screeny, get splodey.
Harley Quinn stole the show from Reggie Fils-Aime for a moment to introduce Warner Bros. Interactive's Martin Tremblay and Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition for the Wii U.
The Armored Edition sports features exclusive to the Wii U, the first one being a "B.A.T. mode" that activates through the GamePad; when Batman's B.A.T. armor is fully charged, activating B.A.T. mode enables him to unleash powerful takedowns.
Apart from beating up evildoers, the GamePad is used for menus, navigation, and inventory management. The GamePad's motion control functionality can be used to guide tools like the remote control Batarang, while the touch screen can be used to scan and interact with the environment. Other parts of Armored Edition also use the touch screen for precision control, such as explosive packs that can be placed and detonated with a tap of the touch screen.
