The third annual Louie Awards are here. Come see what PGC thinks of everything Nintendo for the year 2003.

Louie Award 2003

Lifetime Achievement Award

Yoshiki Okamoto

He was involved in the creation of many classic Capcom franchises, including the legendary Street Fighter series. Later, he became closely linked with Nintendo and directed the Zelda Oracle games for Game Boy Color, as well as Link to the Past and Four Swords for Game Boy Advance. In 2003, he made headlines by leaving Capcom to form his own company, although we think he'll keep making games on Nintendo's systems.

For conceiving legendary game franchises at Capcom and creating what some people consider the very best Zelda games in the series, we are pleased to present Okamoto-san with this lifetime achievement award.
