The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
Mr. Miyamoto certainly shocked the world when he showed off Link’s new look back at Spaceworld 2001. It was met with cries of blasphemy from all over the internet. Finally, in 2003, Link’s epic adventure released and showed the world that you don’t have to look bad-ass to be a bad-ass. The fantastic “toon-shaded” style brought the adventure to life and a host of effects dropped our collective jaws. F-Zero GX put up some tough competition with its blistering speed and smooth effects, but when it comes to graphics, Link conquers all.
