The third annual Louie Awards are here. Come see what PGC thinks of everything Nintendo for the year 2003.

Louie Award 2003

Developer of the Year - GameCube / Game Boy Advance

Ubi Soft

It’s not unusual to see some developers deliver an awesome game every year. But when a company releases three of the best games of the year, there is definitely something worth looking at. Ubi Soft was that company in 2003. With the GameCube release of Splinter Cell earlier in 2003 followed up by the double whammy of Beyond Good & Evil and Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, Ubi Soft has shown the world what they can do. All three of these games, despite being quite different, share one thing in common. They all deliver fantastic stories through their polished gameplay. It is Ubi Soft’s commitment to storytelling that marks them as our Developer of the Year.

Runner-Up: Nintendo EAD
