Viewtiful Joe
With such a long wait between its Japanese and American releases it was hard not to import Viewtiful Joe. To further justify the argument, the game was voiced completely in English. There’s also that little matter of it being one of the wackiest, challenging, most fun, and most inventive games ever released. Are you getting the point here? Donkey Konga’s rhythm driven insanity was tough competition, but Joe kicked in the slow-mo and punched it into second place.
