Game Boy Player
The Game Boy Player won our award for best accessory in a unanimous vote. It’s not a surprise considering this little device lets you play the entire library of Game Boy games on your television. Hell, you can even play Kirby’s Tilt ‘n’ Tumble if you’re crazy enough to swing your GameCube around like a madman (like our own Daniel Bloodworth). The future is looking even brighter for the Game Boy Player, with games like Mario & Luigi taking advantage of the GameCube connection to bring things like force feedback to handheld games.
