Jack in the Box Restaurants Launch ''Win Jack's Stuff'' Game

Monday April 25, 6:00 am ET

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 25, 2005--Patience might be a virtue, but instant gratification is certainly more fun - especially when there's a new Kawasaki JET SKI® or Nintendo DS® game system on the line. That's why Jack in the Box® restaurants today launches "Win Jack's Stuff," an instant-win game where guests have a one-in-two chance of walking away with cool prizes just for ordering a medium or large combo.

Participating in the Win Jack's Stuff game is easy. Guests simply peel off the game piece from the side of their medium or large drink cup to see whether they've won. All medium drink cups have one game piece, while large cups have one game piece plus a game piece good for a free music download from Musicmatch®. Game prizes include:

  • A Kawasaki Ninja® ZX-6R motorcycle, two STX®-15F JET SKIs and two KFX®-700 All-Terrain Vehicles

  • A year of travel on Southwest Airlines® and other vacation packages

  • American Express® branded gift cards

  • Nintendo DS(TM) game system prize packs

  • Musicmatch® downloads

  • Jack in the Box food prizes and Jack Cash(TM) gift cards

"At Jack in the Box, we strive to create a relaxing, hassle-free experience, and that philosophy extends to our game as well," said Jody Sawyer, marketing manager for Jack in the Box Inc. "The instant-win feature of the game makes it fun and spontaneous. A guest could come in for a burger and leave with a four-day vacation."

No purchase is necessary to participate in Win Jack's Stuff. For more information on Win Jack's Stuff, including official rules and how to participate without purchase, visit www.winjacksstuff.com. Win Jack's Stuff can be played until Monday, May 30, or while supplies last, at all participating Jack in the Box restaurants. Void in NY, FL, PR and where prohibited. whats this? A DS publically displayed without a PSP?

    ...the insanity!!

Not only is this contest not open to Canadians but we don't even have Jack in the Box. They should issue this press release on July 4 and retitle it to "why the US kicks ass."

We would then respond with Tim Horton's but I think the US still has the advantage.

Am i the only one, who's never even heard of Jack In the Box?

Jack in the Box is only in about 14 states, mostly on the west coast. They're better than most fast food joints.

You gotta give Jack in the Box props for good TV commercials. Their "president" jack is consistently entertaining.

I ate there once while on the run from a hurricane with my family.

Wow, I got plenty of these, and one next to my school.

Okay, its close by, just a few miles, but you get what I mean.

I live in Ohio, the closet Jack In The Box is in Tennesee. But Tim Hortions makes some good beef stew.

Hah! There's very little at Jack in the Box that I like. The commercials are some of the funniest around though.

Kawasaki and Nintendo getting mentioned in the same sentence?

I smell another Wave Race in the works.

Wave Race Revolution! (Now with 100% more Ninjas.)
