This is not a Chocobo Tales sequel, in a way. It's actually a sequel to the Chocobo's Dungeon series on the PS, which incidentally is a spin-off of the Mystery Dungeon games, the line of games we get the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games from. It's in the Chocobo "series" only for the fact that it is one of the games that a Chocobo is the main protagonist. This press release calling it a sequel to the Chocobo Tales game would be just like calling it a sequel to the Chocobo Racing games, which is to say, extremely absurd.
