Japanese Virtual Console Line-Up Revealed Wii

Nintendo has posted the Virtual Console launch line-up for Japan on their website. Japanese gamers will be treated to big name titles, such as the 16-bit Mario and Zelda games, which are absent from the US and European launches.

Codemasters Responds to Bubble Bobble Revolution Bug Reports DS

Faulty game cards mean 70% of the levels are unreachable.

North American players of Bubble Bobble Revolution found a nasty surprise when playing through New Version mode of the game. Upon reaching level 30, the boss never appears, making the level unclearable. With no way around this unfortunate glitch, the remaining 70 levels cannot be accessed.

Capcom Japan issued a press release today stating that Clover Studio, developer of the popular Viewtiful Joe series (as well as PS2 titles Okami and God Hand), will be dissolved as of the end of March 2007. In the press release, Capcom cited the reason for the dissolution as part of a "business strategy that concentrates management resources on a selected business to enhance the efficiency of the development power of the entire Capcom group".
