ESRB Ratings Reveal Hudson DSiWare Titles

Zenonia and Shooting Watch coming to DSiWare.

An updated ESRB listing has revealed two upcoming DSiWare titles from Hudson Entertainment. The first of these is Zenonia, a hack-and-slash action RPG developed by Gamevil.

Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light Announced DS

The first original Final Fantasy game for DS will come to North America on October 5.

Today, Square Enix announced Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light for release in North America.

This original Final Fantasy title for DS was released in Japan in October 2009, and is a classic style RPG with vibrant storybook artwork elements, bringing new technology to the traditional RPG experience. The Japanese version was sold out within two weeks of release.

Sega Announces Sonic Colors for Wii and DS Wii

The first Super Famicom entry in the series is DS bound.

Nintendo updated the official Fire Emblem site yesterday with news that a new Fire Emblem game is coming to the Nintendo DS.

Entitled Fire Emblem: Monshou no Nazo Hiktari to Kage no Eiyuu in Japan, the game is a remake of the third entry in the series, which was 1994’s Fire Emblem: Monshou no Nazo.

Ubisoft Investor Call Details Software Sales Wii

Red Steel 2 sells according to expectations, downloadable content does well, and the Wii version of Avatar impresses.

In a recent Ubisoft investor call some details regarding software sales were revealed. In the last fiscal year, Ubisoft saw 18 million Euros in revenue generated by digital sales. Due to this fact, Ubisoft plans to include downloadable content right off the bat. Some Wii games will also be included in this plan.

Aero The Acrobat Coming to Virtual Console?

Sunsoft's character platformer from 1993 might be getting a Virtual Console re-release.

Aero the Acrobat, a 1993 Sunsoft game, has been rated for Wii on Australia's OFLC ratings board, according to Siliconera.

Dragon Quest IX Set for Summer Release DS

The Japanese best-seller will hit North America and Europe this July.

Today Nintendo announced the release date of Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies to be July 11 in North America, and July 23 in Europe.

The game, which pits players on an epic role-playing quest, will launch in North America exactly one year after the Japanese game, which launched July 11, 2009. The game has gone on to sell more than four million copies in Japan.

You hunters out there can now check out the current online quests...online.

Capcom's Monster Hunter Tri Community Site has been updated with some handy new functionality. Players can now view a live schedule of Arena and Event quests.

For the uninitiated, up to this point players had no way of knowing what the current week's quests were without going online. Now they can simply go to the Community Site, click on the "Gem" icon in the top-right corner of the main dialog, and view a quest calendar.
