In the case of the chip size of the IBM "Gekko" processor. DAMN, that sh#$ is small! Nintendo 2000 News posted a picture and a little clip.

Here is a picture of the 0.18 micron copper IBM chip over an N64 control pad. The Nintendo Dolphin CPU, dubbed the "Gekko" processor should be very similar to the one in the picture. Notice how incredibly small it is! this is amazing when you think of how large traditional Aluminum CPU's are. Copper technology will make the CPU up to 50% faster than Aluminum processors and it will also be less expensive to mass produce. IBM is the only company in the world that has the technology to create and mass produce the 0.18 micron copper processor.
