Ubisoft has announced that they have cancelled several titles in favor of reorganizing the roles and operations of many of their studios.

The 3DS remake of the N64 classic will have several new modes and expanded multiplayer options.
Nintendo's recent Retail Briefing has revealed new Star Fox 64 3D gameplay details.
A Tsutaya employee who attended the briefing made several Twitter posts via the company's Twitter page about the remake's features. There will be three different game modes: 3DS mode, N64 mode and Battle mode. The posts didn't confirm what the differences are between 3DS and N64 mode, but Battle mode was explained.

Samurai Warriors: Chronicles gets new DLC every Friday for the next 21 weeks.
SpotPass downloads started today for Samurai Warriors Chronicles, and will continue every Friday for the next 21 weeks.
These free pieces of downloadable content consist of new weapons and scenarios. We're awaiting official confirmation from Tecmo Koei about what exactly today's SpotPass content is.

The July launch of Capcom's zombie-blasting 3DS title is the latest in a line of Nintendo-distributed games.
Nintendo of Europe will distribute Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D when it arrives on 3DS in July.
Based around the Mercenaries modes from Resident Evil 4 and 5, The Mercenaries 3D puts the player in control of a character from the Resident Evil franchise and tasks them with killing as many zombies as they can before time expires.

Travel through time to next Monday for this classic RPG.
Chrono Trigger is set for a May 16, 2011 release on Virtual Console in North America. The classic Super NES RPG has previously been released in both Japan and Europe on Virtual Console and also as a stand-alone retail title on Nintendo DS in North America.
It has been confirmed that the game will cost 800 Wii points ($8) for North American Wii owners. In other regions it has sold at a premium price of 900 Wii Points ($9).

The May update is now the June update.
Update: The upgraded system firmware with the eShop will become available in North America during the evening of June 6.
Update 2: Nintendo of Europe has confirmed that they will also be releasing the 3DS update on June 7.
The Nintendo 3DS eShop launch has been delayed to June 7 in Japan, according to a note posted to the company's Japanese website. The launch was originally set for May.

The first three Dragon Quest games will be compiled on a single disc.
Dragon Quest I, II, and III will be compiled on a single Wii disc to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the series. The set will contain both the Famicom and Super Famicom versions of the games, and hits store shelves in Japan this September.
While none of the Super Famicom Dragon Quest games were previously released in North America, all of these games have been released in the region on the NES under the Dragon Warrior name.

Box art has appeared at an online retailer for a Wii version of Rayman Origins.
A Wii Rayman Origins box art mock-up has appeared on Amazon.com, strongly suggesting that the platformer will be coming to Nintendo’s home console. Currently, the game that returns to the series' 2D roots has only been announced for Xbox 360 and PS3.

SEGA's well-received PSP game is heading to the 3DS.
SEGA announced today that CRUSH3D will be released for the Nintendo 3DS on September 6 in North America and September 9 in Australia and Europe. The original Crush was released on the PSP in 2007 to much acclaim.

Two Jaleco-published Game Boy games could be the first third-party games released on the service.
Avenging Spirit and Fortified Zone, both Game Boy games from Jaleco, are coming to the 3DS eShop if the ESRB's listings are correct.
Avenging Spirit, which came out in 1992, is a port of an arcade game. The side-scrolling platformer stars a ghost who must possess bodies in order to try to avenge his death and save his girlfriend.

WayForward's latest is coming out on May 9.
Mighty Milky Way, WayForward's third DSiWare game, is hitting the service on Monday for 800 DSi Points ($8).
A spiritual successor to Mighty Flip Champs, the game puts you in the shoes of Luna as you create and destroy planets to solve 40 different puzzles. You also have to watch out for electric barriers and space creatures, including Milky Way, a laser-shooting T-Rex.

The Cartoon Network brawler will miss its May target.
Crave Entertainment announced today that the upcoming 3DS brawler, Cartoon Network Punch Time Explosion, is being delayed to a June 21 release and will retail for $39.99. The title, which is very similar to Nintendo's own Super Smash Bros., was originally scheduled for a May North American release.

Greek Nintendo fans get their own ocarina when they reserve the 3DS title.
Greek players who pre-order The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D will receive several special items.
The biggest perk of pre-ordering is an actual ocarina shaped to resemble the titular Ocarina of Time. If that weren't enough, players will also get a green cap with the Zelda logo on it, a Zelda logo keychain, a 3DS cover featuring an image of Link riding Epona, and a can of "Deku seeds."

Mario's upcoming 3DS title will feature motion controls, but no StreetPass goodies.
