Did anyone see this coming? Resident Evil is a huge franchise, especially in Japan. To find out that GameCube would be blessed with exclusive, rereleased (and in some cases revamped) versions of the Resident Evil games plus two new ones was like... well, it wasn't like much of anything else that I can think of to be honest. – David Trammell
