The new series isn't set to premiere until September 14, but Fox hears our cry for Kirby, and is set to deliver. This Sunday, September 1, at 7:00 PM (Eastern/Pacific), the Fox Network will be showing a special half-hour preview of its new FOX BOX lineup of anime programming.

Although you're not going to see a full episode, you can get a good idea of what's up with the show. Watch it on Sunday night, and then get ready for the real thing in two weeks.

EA and Namco Team Up for PAL Games

Vivendi Winter Games Fair

Guess what, another company not at ECTS! That means another show, at anthor venue, which means running around all over the place!

This morning Vivendi held their Winter Games Fair to show off the games that are coming for the rest of this year.

The press presentation was introduced by Stefan Nussbuum, Senior Vice President of Sales Northern Regions. The upcoming titles for the studios that Vivendi Universal Interactive own were announced and video was shown.

NDA were showing Die Hard Vendetta for GameCube, due to be released in November. PPGI which includes Majesco, Fox, Empire and Micro Hits will be releasing Mace Griffin Bounty Hunter in the first quarter of 2003 while Universal have Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly for GameCube and Spyro 2: Season of Flame for GBA. They are also developing Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex for GameCube, complete with a GBA connectivity function.

Japanese Skies of Arcadia Legend Release Date SetGC

Sega has finally announced the release date for Eternal Arcadia Legend in Japan.

According to the German gaming site Gamefront.de Sega's RPG title Eternal Arcadia Legend (Skies of Arcadia Legend in the US) will be released on November 28th in Japan. No American date has been set yet, but the game will likely release sometime next year.

Nintendo Europe catches up with the Developers of the first-person horror game, Asylum.

With horror games such as Resident Evil and Eternal Darkness hitting the Cube, it's only natural that more developers will be bringing more to the genre in the coming years. UK Developer Darkblack is creating a first-person shooter called Asylum, which puts you in the role of one of four contestants locked away in a haunted asylum.

So far, it's sounding like quite a interesting game, with lots of chills to be had. Here's a few brief excerpts from the interview:
