Nintendo Japan has some very cool packaging in store for buyers of the new GameCube/Game Boy Player bundle ...
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so rather than drone on, here's four thousand words for you.

Sweeeeet!! :-) Clever packaging can NEVER hurt. It is nice to see that some effort was put into this. I know it is simple, but I think it is a good sign of effort, something Nintendo seems to put in games but leave out of marketing (clean is better than dirty?).
Does anyone know why Spice (Orange) hasn't made it to the states yet? I know orange is an odd color, but is it any more odd than Indigo? I have a spice controller and like it very much.
I hope the next nintendo console goes back to NES grey and red. Yum!
Is NOA for sure only shipping the black Game Boy Player? That would not be cool, although I guess black goes with anything. Speaking of console colors, maybe the next one should be neon yellow, so it's impossible to not notice. Better yet, they can rig it up with fiber optics so it's strobing neon yellow. That would draw some much needed attention to the Nintendo camp.
i wouldn't mind having a black GBP with my indigo cube, would make it look like its floating
also.. those boxes make me want to buy a gamecube again :\ they look cool, (clearly im a shill )
I wished the Spice color was released out of Japan. I would have gotten a Spice GC. Why? Because it grabs your attention. And a weird color.
