Rareware has removed all traces of Dinosaur Planet from its website –there are no longer any active links to the Dinosaur Planet section, nor any mention of the game, anywhere on the page. No explanation was offered, though the reason is clear: the game is no longer a N64 project and has rumored to be undergoing a serious make-over, possibly as a Star Fox game. Whatever the case, the project as it was seen at last year’s show E3 will look completely different if & when it appears at E3 2001.

Rare’s page does promise some things to look forward to just as soon as E3 rolls around, so we’ll be watching…
