Ain't no party like a Mario Party.
Mario Party is coming to the 3DS this winter.
Revealed at today's Nintendo Direct, Mario Party 3DS will feature new mini-games that test players luck, speed, and concentration, while some mini-games will use AR cards. Another new feature is boosts to dice rolls which help losing players make a comeback.

Japanese gamers get a special Luigi decked out 3DS.
To coincide with the release of Mario & Luigi Dream Team in Japan on July 18, Nintendo is releasing a special Luigi themed 3DS LL (known as XL in the west).
No price or further details have been revealed as yet, but we'll be sure to update as soon as new information surfaces. For now, you can check out our cool picture of the limited edition handheld.

The real question is, will this remake be haunted?
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask may be getting a 3D remake for the 3DS.
A post on Zelda Informer reveals the Spanish online gaming store Xtralife had listed Majora's Mask 3D. The timing of the posting may offer some support for the rumor. A similar reveal happened to Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D before a Nintendo Direct and the next Nintendo Direct is scheduled for tomorrow.

We could be getting a dose of the Minis in early May.
Mario and Donkey Kong: Minis on the Move is currently listed for a May 9 release date in the North American eShop. There is no word on the price, though.

What do these black boxes mean?
Level-5 may be announcing localization of Guild02 titles if a new web page and history are to be believed.
The page consists of a rotating black box, which when clicked transforms into two smaller rotating black boxes. The last time Level-5 made a site like this, the Guild01 titles where announced for a western release.

UK residents will have to wait another week to settle which superhero is the best.
Injustice: Gods Among Us, the upcoming DC Comics fighting game from NetherRealm Studios, has been pushed back a week to April 26 in the UK.
The Wii U edition is the only version of the game to be delayed, having originally been scheduled to launch alongside the other versions on April 19. Reasons for this delay are not known at this time.

The latest RPG from the company hits Japan this summer.
Yōkai Watch (Ghost Watch), one of the latest RPGs from Level-5, is scheduled to hit the Nintendo 3DS on July 11 in Japan.
The game will be available at retail stores and the eShop for 4,800 yen ($49.02). The game puts players in the role of either a boy named Keta or a girl named Fumi as they collect and battle other ghosts. Players can come across other ghosts by using the “yōkai watch” in the game.

A new Nintendo Direct focusing on Nintendo 3DS will be broadcasted this Wednesday, April 17 at 7 a.m. PT/10 a.m. ET, as announced by Nintendo of America. UPDATE: The Nintendo 3DS Direct was also confirmed for Europe, too, at 3 p.m. GMT, which is the same time as the North American one.
Though no specifics were revealed, it has been stated that the showing is "focused on the latest information on Nintendo 3DS."

Ever wanted to create and edit music on your 3DS? Well, now you can.
KORG M01D, an advanced music creation program based on the KORG M1, has been announced exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS eShop.
The software is described by publisher Detune as a "music workstation", in which users can produce their own music with a synthesiser featuring over 300 sounds and an 8-track sequencer, as well as a swathe of editing tools like including a mixer and sound browser.

Nintendo's handheld may be getting some randomly generated platforming goodness.
Cloudberry Kingdom, the brutal platformer from Pwnee Studios, may see a 3DS release. The game, which was funded through Kickstarter, was originally announced to be coming to Wii U and Steam for the PC. With UbiSoft's assistance, it will now also see release on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Mac and PlayStation Vita this summer.
