The Australian developer is supposedly porting yet another game to Nintendo's new system.

Straight Right is rumored to be porting a "triple-A" Square Enix title to the Wii U. This information comes from an update to Straight Right Technical Project Manager Chris Slater's LinkedIn profile.

Before Slater's profile was updated, it read "Working for Straight Right on a short term contract, porting a triple-A Square Enix game to the yet-to-be-released Wii U platform."

He scratched a table and growled while saying "no comment." For real.

The official word on Castle of Illusion hitting Virtual Console and a new Ducktales game is, as of this moment, "no comment," according to Epic Mickey 2 Director Warren Spector at a roundtable during New York Comic Con. He followed his rehearsed "no comment" with a polite growl and brief scratch of the table in front of him.

The new Wii bundle will appeal to sporting types.

A new Wii bundle is being released to US stores at a suggested retail price of $129.99. The bundle will replace the existing bundle which includes New Super Mario Bros. Wii and a music CD at the $149.99 price point, and will include Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort on a single disc. 

The new bundle includes a black Wii console and both a black Wii Remote Plus and Nunchuk.

Developer Two Tribes hoping the sequel to the egg-collecting puzzle platformer will be available for the Wii U on day one.

Toki Tori 2 is aiming to be a launch title for the Wii U eShop, according to developer Two Tribes.

The game, whose predecessor is available both on WiiWare and in its Game Boy Color form on the 3DS Virtual Console, changes up the formula by removing the items and weapons that were used to complete puzzles in the original in favor of more environmental puzzles. The Wii U version will also optionally be playable entirely on the GamePad.

According to insiders, who shared some information with GoNintendo, Wii U demo stations could be hitting stores as early as October 17.

Deluxe pre-orders are sold out everywhere else, but now you can reserve one at America's largest retail chain.

Walmart stores across the United States are now accepting pre-orders for Wii U Deluxe Set until November 1. 

The reservation system, which launched today, is available through the layaway desk, may also be called the Walmart.com Services desk, and is typically separate from the main customer service desk. 

Go ahead and attempt to collect all the pins in one playthrough. It's possible if you're crazy!

More than 150 unique pins await players in Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, and those pins will have a use, offering up different buffs and boosts for players, though the exact way that alters gameplay is still under wraps.

Kiwi gamers finally get the chance to try out the Wii U.

Nintendo's Wii U console will be on show at the Armageddon Expo 2012 next weekend. This will mark the first time the console has been available to the public in the country.

The hunt gets the full HD experience in both sound and visuals.

Monster Hunter 3 (tri) G HD Ver., known as Monster Hunter Ultimate in the West, will support full HD visuals running at 1080p on the Wii U. Not only that, but the Wii U version will also utilize Linear PCM 5.1 for sound as well. Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion will journey to the world of Little Mermaid in its third world, Disney revealed at a press event in Disneyland earlier this week.

The first two worlds of the game are based on Peter Pan and Aladdin, and the third world is the final one, featuring a climatic battle with Mizrabel in a Maleficent disguise. The world's levels are primarily underwater, with currents pushing Mickey along.
