Kirby is rolling our way.
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse has been given a release window of February 2015, as mentioned In today's Nintendo Direct presentation.
Also announced was a four player multiplayer mode in which one player controls Kirby and three others play as different colored Waddle Dee characters.
The Wii U title is a direct sequel to the Nintendo DS game Kirby: Canvas Curse.

Mario Kart 8's first DLC pack, which contains new courses, tracks and karts, is set to release on November 13. On that same day, Mario Kart 8 will be updated to make use of Amiibo as well.

The Intelligent Systems-developed 3DS RPG is coming out next spring.
Code Name S.T.E.A.M., the interesting 3DS RPG from Intelligent Systems, is set to come out in spring 2015.
Featured during today's Nintendo Direct footage showed off multiple characters, each with weapons powered by steam. The story is quite weird, as it is about President Abraham Lincoln leading a fight against invaders.

Link's second Nintendo 64 adventure hits the 3DS in Spring 2015.
Nintendo started off Wednesday's direct with a trailer announcing a Nintendo 3DS remake of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
Iwata added that the game has been streamlined for the platform and updated to improve approachability.
A special edition was announced for Europe, which will include a pin, steelbook case and double-sided poster.

Who's ready to learn more about the Big N's software plans for 2015?
Nintendo will be airing a new Direct presentation tomorrow, November 5.
The broadcast will focus on the company's upcoming lineup of 3DS and Wii U games for the remainder of 2014, while also providing a look at what's to come in the new year.
Those in North America can tune in at 2pm PT, 5pm ET right here to watch live. Meanwhile, those in Europe can watch their region-specific broadcast here at 10pm GMT/11pm CET.

Looks like Luigi is not just hunting ghosts on the 3DS.
A Japanese blogger uncovered a location test of a Luigi's Mansion arcade unit in an unspecified game center in Japan.
The test lasted from October 30 to November 3, meaning the short test period has already finished. No details on how the game is played were revealed by the blogger. Be sure to keep checking Nintendo World Report on any news as to if the arcade unit does eventually go public.

The 3D platforming series finds a brand new home.
The Austrian based Nordic Games has announced that it purchased the rights to de Blob from THQ on their website.
On the acquisition, the Business & Product Development Director Reinhard Pollice gave the following statement: ''We are excited about what the future holds for this polychromatic extravaganza as the newest addition to our portfolio. We will evaluate opportunities with the existing games, as well as potential sequels.''

Gamers across the pond won't have to wait until December to play Smash on Wii U!
The release date for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U has been pushed forward for those in Europe, New Zealand and Australia.
Instead of launching in early December, the upcoming multiplayer brawler will be available in Europe on November 28 and a day later for those in New Zealand and Australia. Additionally, the special Smash Bros. Edition GameCube controller, adapter, and respective game bundles will all be available on launch day as well.

The pair of Nintendo games are part of a dozen games currently planned for Wii U in 2015.
The Legend of Zelda and Star Fox Wii U games are still set for a 2015 release according to a Nintendo financial results briefing.
The pair of games, both highlighted most recently at E3 2014, are part of 12 Wii U games coming from Nintendo in 2015.
