Minecraft Rated For Wii U In Europe: Releasing Tomorrow? Rumor

The PEGI ratings board has listed Minecraft for Wii U, and it could release as soon as tomorrow.

Nintendo Direct Announced For Thursday

Nintendo has announced the date for the next Nintendo Direct.

The video presentation will air Thursday, November 12 at 2 p.m. Pacific time, 5 p.m. Eastern, and 2200 GMT. The video promises "updates on upcoming Wii U and 3DS releases".

Aksys Picking Up Localization of Langrisser 3DS Game

Aksys's dance card for 2016 will be more than Zero Time Dilemma.

The company announced today that they will be localizing the strategy role-playing game Langrisser Re:Incarnation for North America as Langrisser Re:Incarnation -TENSEI-. The title is slated to release physically and on the eShop this coming spring.

Affordable Space Adventure Getting First Sale, Massive Free Update WiiU

A major update for Affordable Space Adventures will be coming before the end of the month in Europe.

The update is anticipated to fix bugs and provide adjustments to the title based on player feedback, In addition, the update will bring a series of new levels known as "Origin Story" that has extremely difficult levels and is recommended for those who managed to complete the base game.

Splatoon Update: Weapon Tonight, European Splatfest Result WiiU

Maybe the Zombies would've had a chance with the Neo Sploosh-O-Matic.

The Splatoon weekly weapon update will drop tonight with another twist on an existing weapon.

Sheldon will begin carrying the Neo Sploosh-O-Matic tonight at 10 p.m. Eastern. The new weapon is a modified Sploosh-O-Matic with a special emblem, a Point Sensor sub and the Kraken for a special. It appears the weapon will be designed for close-quarters combat and flanking.

Game Awards Dated, Nintendo Returns To Advisory Board

Let the Cranky Kong hype commence!

Following a successful reboot last year, we now have an official date for the 2015 Game Awards.

The 2015 ceremony will air online through Twitch and Youtube on December 3, and will eminate from the Microsoft (previously Nokia) Theater in Los Angeles. As with last year, Nintendo will be serving on the advisory committee for the awards along with Sony, Microsoft, Valve and other publishers.

Splatoon Weekly Update Brings More Splatlings WiiU

The week's Splatoon update will bring a new toy for fans of the Splatling weapon line.

The Heavy Splatling Deco will feature a bedazzled ink holder and different special weapons than the traditional Heavy Splatling. It comes with a Point Sensor sub-weapon and uses the Kraken as a special.

The 1.2 update for Super Mario Maker is now live with some unannounced surprises.

In addition to the new level creation features such as checkpoints, the update has added the Event Courses in Course Maker. The first event courses feature Arino from Game Center CX and Bakarhythm, the star of the Japanese commercials for Super Mario Maker.

Splatoon Discount Being Offered To Testfire Participants WiiU

If you're still on the fence six months later, maybe some money off will ease the pain.

Nintendo is offering a discount to Splatoon Testfire participants who didn't buy the game initially to try and get them to jump in.

The North American branch of the eShop is offering a 20% discount on the game through the 16th of November to anyone who participated in the Splatoon Global Testfires this spring. The reduction would make the title $47.99 US or $55.99 Canadian.

Nintendo of America is removing the restrictions on the Tri Force Heroes beta of two weekends ago.

Beginning with tomorrow's eShop update, the previously code-restricted beta will go up for general download. The beta will have the same restrictions - local play on one stage with demo players, or online play in three stages with limited times.

Pokken Tournament Reveals New Mewtwo Form ARCWiiU

A Japanese livestream this evening of Pokkén Tournament has revealed a previously unknown form of Mewtwo.

The new form appears to challenge a Gengar following its defeat, and goes through a Mega Evolution ritual that causes large crystals to form on its back. It is not known whether the Mewtwo is exclusive to Pokkén or may appear in a future Pokemon game.

Zero Escape 3 Receives Final Name, European Release Plans 3DS

And the key art is really creepy.

Aksys has revealed the name for the third Zero Escape title.

The 2016 visual novel/puzzle game will release in North America and Europe next summer as Zero Time Dilemma. The announcement poses a question about "How much of your humanity will you sacrifice to earn your freedom".

Aksys would later confirm that the title will release around the same time in Europe as an eShop / PlayStation Network exclusive.
