The "social media" options for screenshots and video on Switch will not include Miiverse, nor will there be StreetPass.
Nintendo of America assistant manager for public relations confirmed the news to VentureBeat at a press event today in New York City. StreetPass was specifically excluded in order to promote the concept of the Switch as a home console.

Warriors to be discussed, but plenty of possibilities.
The next video presentation from Nintendo will be critical-hitting us next week.
A Fire Emblem-themed Direct will air next Wednesday, January 18 at 5 pm Eastern / 2 pm Pacific. This was announced on today's Treehouse Live event, in the context of Fire Emblem Warriors.
In addition to Warriors, other possibilites include the Fire Emblem mobile game and possibly the Western release of DLC for Fire Emblem Fates.

Max Gear 330 Mega Shock action will appear
The Switch's retro catalogue will be buoyed with the Arcade Archives series.
HAMSTER will bring the series of arcade re-releases over from the PlayStation 4, which to date has included titles from Taito, Konami, Technos and SNK.
No specific titles or release dates have been announced for the series.

Using the Joy-Con to make paper dolls.
An early eShop title has been announced for the Switch by Nintendo of America.
Snipperclips: Cut it out - together! will launch in March, and involves using the Joy-Con controllers to solve puzzles by cutting out specific shapes. The main mode will feature two-player co-op, while other modes support up to four players.

Bethesda's finally coming to Nintendo systems.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is headed to the Nintendo Switch.
A video was shown with Todd Howard, director of Bethesda Game Studios, making the announcement while giving praise to Nintendo and the Switch console. It is most likely a port of the recent Special edition released last fall.

Joy-Cons up close
Nintendo showed off it's new controllers, the Joy-Con in more detail.
The Joy-Cons will attach to the side of the Switch itself. They will feature motion sensors, an NFC reader in the right Joy-Con, a capture button for photo capture and later video capture, a home button, and SL and SR buttons. They will also release in colors "Neon Blue" and "Neon Red" along with wrist straps in the same colors.

One anniversary celebration, one brand new

Fire Emblem's the next series to get a musou treatment.
A brief video was shown today at the Nintendo Switch press conference for the next Fire Emblem game, developed by Koei Temco.
It is called Fire Emblem Warriors, meaning it will most likely be in the same vein as Hyrule Warriors as a musou-style game. No details or a release date were given.

Splatoon 2 will be coming to Nintendo Switch in Summer 2017.
The game will include new items and weapons, including an artillery-style weapons and ink jetpacks. Players can use the Joy-Con or the Pro Controller, and it can be played on TV or in handheld mode. Gyro aiming controls will be an option in both modes. You can play online or against others in the same room.
