Nintendo is re-releasing Bayonetta 2 in order to get the hype train rolling for Bayonetta's Smash Bros appearances.
A new release of Bayonetta 2, without Bayonetta 1 included, will be released in stores on February 19 for US$29.99. Nintendo did not identify if the digital version would be lowered to match on the same day. Currently, Bayonetta 1 and 2 as a package is under $37 at GameStop in the US.

The wording of the above tweet may indicate that the release of the last round of Smash Bros DLC will be late in February, as both Corrin and Bayonetta will have releases of their game on the 19th of February.
