Sylux could totally show up, you never know.
The follow up to the critically acclaimed Metroid Dread has now been formally announced as Metroid Ravenous. The latest in the 2D branch of the Metroid series sees Samus assailed by an unknown enemy. The reveal trailer showed her making use of a new ability to consume her enemies using powers presumably gained from the ending of Metroid Dread. Metroid Ravenous is set to release on January 28, 2027.
Alongside the game will be a total of three different amiibo. The Samus and Chozo Statue amiibo will be available for purchase individually, while a third Metroid Suit Samus will be bundled with the special edition of the game.
