I'll make my case.

Charge:

"D_Average - Has PS3 cooties"

Nothing could be further from the truth. If I had such a disease I would own and apologetically defend such titles as Killzone 2, Resistance 2, Metal Gear Solid, Gran Tourismo, Rachet and Clank, and Uncharted. While I have played some of these games, I own none of them and could care less about most of them. In fact, I have far more Wii/GCN titles than PS3 and I've never purchased a PSP which is usually a symptom of such a disease. And though I do I own LBP, I basically think it sucks. At the end of the day, I'm just an "average" gamer who plays whatever is fun at the moment. Such a stereotype as "ps3 cooties" makes me mad and turn into a mean nasty troll. I just want the court to force GP to see me as I really am. Stop player hatin.

No, just delayed till Saturday morning.
Waiting for the representation to present their cases.

Mop_it_up is free to go first. I think she would want to get her clients accusations burned into the minds of the jury before Khush comes in and tears it all down, complete with alibi's and witness statements, or whatever he has prepared.

Well, if GP is the prosecution, she should go first. Unless Mop_it_up is the prosecution. If GP wants to argue that she has gone first by listing why each person charged deserves the banhammer, fine. I'll then present my opening statement. And even if we weren't in a trial setting, I'd still let GP go first. After all, I believe in chivalry and that means ladies first. However, it also means I believe in honor and therefore view it as a duel. If GP is unwilling to accept this challenge, then she shall be charged as cowardly, unhonorable and a liar who should henceforth be banned from the funhouse area.

In other words, the defence is ready.

The facts are simple. GoldenPhoenix has come into this forum, this courthouse, and declared her judgement better than those charged here today. In fact, so greatly does she esteem her evaluation of these individuals that she states they are deserving of banishment from these forums. Strong words. Especially so if she had a reliable reputation she could use to add further weight to her opinions. But she doesn't. You can not trust her. You can not trust her because she is inexperienced, ignorant of facts, and manipulative. That will be clear for all to see by this trial's end. The defense has no further comment at this point.

Let the prosecution begin their case and call their first witness. I'm looking forward to it.
