Welcome to the 1st(?) edition of Funhouse Court, where dueling NWR members can settle their differences infront of an audience of their piers under the watchful eyes of the mods all in one convenient non-derailing thread.

Our 1st(?) case:

The case of He Said, He Said.

VS

Deguello thinks D_Avg. should have been banned, or atlease warned for his conduct towards him(and everyone else) in the forums.

D_Avg. believes that Deguello started it all and has himself done no wrong.

The mods have yet to interfere, so who is in the right, who is in the wrong?

Will both members please step forward and present their cases for the court.

I think BNM, Deg, D_Average, Maxi, Lindy, Pale, Mr. Jack (or formerly known as), Ian, Stogi, Easycure, Zap, Khush, DrewMG should face me because I think they should all have the ban hammer!

But who would you represent?
Deg vs D Avg. has already been settled out of court and the next case on the docket is GP vs The Funhouse.

Mop it up has already spoke up on behalf of GP
so that leaves you as the public defender and champion/lawyer of The Funhouse.

Court will convene Friday October 9th.
So that leaves both sides with ample time to prepare their cases.

Now I have a request for our photoshoppers out there. Can someone come up with a "avatar"/pic/banner for The Funhouse so that The Funhouse has proper visual representation?
