My Sams Club has the little display cards you take up to the registers to get a game for this out on the shelve. I didn't try to get it though because I have no $$$...... I doubt they have it anyways. It wasn't in the locked up storage from what I could see. It is a month until it comes out.

Alrighty, just got back from playing Resort for about an hour. We played most modes in two player. Overall the package is amazing! Great deal with all the games some are better than others. All the games have multiple modes to them though so its more like 30+ games.

Sword Fighting- AWESOME! It just feels so satisfying! I can't wait for Zelda now!
Archery- AWESOME! It shows that the M+ can track in 3D space. Works amaizng too! Can't wait to do it in Zelda!
Rowing- Ehh, it works really well just not that fun.
Bowling- You don't let go of the B button anymore. It just lets go automatically with the motion. Felt good, going to take time getting used to the new way though.
Golf- Really good, feels just as good at Tiger Woods 10 does.
Wakeboarding- It was ok, doesn't have that "I couldn't do this without motion+ feeling.
Basketball-I really didn't enjoy this too much. It was just not all that fun for me. Didn't feel that satisfying.
Jet Ski-It had so much potential, but just wasn't all that amazing to me.
Cycling-Not all that amazing but I think the best bike riding has ever been pulled off in a game. Didn't have the I have to have M+ to do this feeling though.
Frisbee-Felt really good, shows to M+ off great! Takes a bit of time to get used to. Feels alot different than TW10's Disk Golf
Air Sports-Sky Diving really shows off the M+ well. The plane was fun works really well with M+ too. Kinda fun to explore the island.
Table Tennis-This was awesome! It just felt right!

It was all in Japanese of course, text didn't matter all that much.

Great thank you. It's disappointing Nintendo lied about the jet skiing>waverace, but it all sounds good. Have you checked out the side games/practice? (Like WS1 had the golf target game and the growing bowling pin rows game)

My roommate got addicted to the growing bowling pin game. He played it way too late into the night sometimes. WiiSports, Boom Blox and occasional Smash Brothers games were all he'd play with me, and he only played Brawl because I wanted to play it. So the mini games are a must for the more casual gamers. That's how you rope them in.

I'm wondering if Rockstar would consider making a sequel to their tennis game with M+ support. The last one sold moderately well.

There are at least two modes on every sport. Some have 3+ though. You all should buy this day one! It is really great. It appeals to the casuals but then the level of control appeals to us. Great job Nintendo! You have hit a perfect median!

I've said it before but not here; when it's all said and done this game is going to be the best selling non-pack-in of all time.

I'm still thinking they are gonna eventually pack it in.
Wii Sport + Resorts pack in disc.

I suppose that's possible, but if not I think it's got a real chance. All it needs is for half as many people as have bought the Wii so far to buy it. For any other game that would be ludicrously impossible, but if any game could do it this one can.

They could easily combine both games onto one disc, throw in a WM+, and bundle it with the Wii, without dropping the price, and sales would go up.

Bowling just got awesome:
Quote
Shimamura:
In Wii Sports, there was a bowling game where you could knock down 100 pins.
Iwata:
It was included in the training mode, and I remember that you were only able to bowl the ball once in the final stage.
Shimamura:
That’s right. In the new game, it's now not only possible to bowl the ball a second time, but there is a completely separate mode where you can bowl a full ten frame match. In the regular game, the maximum score is 300 points, but in this one…
Yamashita:
It’s 3000 points! (laughs) That’s the highest possible score in the 100-pin match.
Shimamura:
This game is really going to get players excited.
Yamashita:
The sense of unity the player has with the on-screen action has also been greatly increased.
Iwata:
The sense of unity?
Shimamura:
In the previous title, if you press the B Button when you are holding the ball, the Mii will walk automatically with the player aiming to match the Mii's movement to bowl the ball. But this time round, even if the player presses the B Button, the Mii won’t move until the player does.
Iwata:
That’s because it can detect the movements of the player holding the ball.
Shimamura:
That's right. So when you hold the ball up, the Mii will also hold the ball up and will release it when you release it.
