Not to be a 360 fanboy, but it's still almost impossible to find in stores, and when it is there, it doesn't stay in stock very long. I know, I know, the Best Buy where you live has 30 of them, but the one an hour away has none.

More and more areas seem to have surplus stock of XCircles now. It's like the PSP, some areas are constantly sold out while many ohers can't get rid of them anymore.

So the stores around us don't count, but yours does?

Anyway, I have no idea how well the system has been selling around here, only that the Xbox360 game shelves (which are right next to the DS at my store) have been near full ever sense the start of the new year, unlike the DS ones which are pretty barren with a poor selection on account of it (I have never seen Advance Wars DS there, but suspect that they never got it... the bastards).

Any new news on when the other colored ds lites will be here? If they ship less than they should again, i'm just going to wait until the american one ships. I'm working on my angry letter:

I love you guys. I hate you for not releasing enough ds lites, and for being skimpy on revolution details. Keep up the good work.

Nintendo probably doesn't care whether importers can get one and they already apologized to the Japanese for the shortages.

They need to release a DS game called "Import Agent" where you play a Japanese guy sent by Lik-Sang to procure DS Lites from Japanese retailers before they open.

The game will test your ability to navigate crowds, pick locks on doors to gain back entry to the stores, and money management as you attempt to outbid but not overpay against the agents from Play-Asia who are likewise trying to get ahold of the units.

If you haven't gotten your DS Lites and escaped out the back door before the store opens, it's game over as the crowd tears you limb from limb with your prized box of DS Lites, or you have to go through an escape sequence where you make a mad dash for the subway as you keep ahead of the angry crowd with your cargo.

Where'd PGC get those ds lite pics?? They sure as hell don't look like official photos. When I saw them I was like, ah sh!t don't tell me they got shipped and I didn't notice. Asked the other ppl in my house if a dhl guy came today... nope. look in my inbox to see if lik sang sent me a notice... nope. What the hell, now i'm mad at pgc for giving me false hope. You guys get an angry letter too.

Any sign of system sales? I wonder if PSP sales went up with DS sales or it they went back down to thier regular 25,000 or so a week.

No hardware sales yet, they usually come a day after. I expect DS sales to be even higher, since the two new colours came out that week.

My order was placed on like the 22nd - a week after the colors were announced. I probably have a long wait, but I still check every day. I think Jonny's was sent out from one of the first shipments of Navys.

I think it was announced on Jan 26th, but I'm not sure.

I placed mine the 16th of Feb for a navy. Haven't heard of it shipping yet.

I got my Navy DS Lite a bit earlier than most people. Guess what, we're also getting Hunters and Tetris DS this week. It's all to help us bring you coverage on time, or at least as early as possible. I'm reviewing the Lite, btw.

Seriously psp games barely get to the top 10, for that matter lets drop Ipod numbers in the mix and claim doom on video games in general Mario style

, because sales of the psp hardware have little to do with the games the system has.
