Trauma Center: Under the Knife

A lot of games (mostly for Nintendo DS) fit into multiple categories, and some fit into no category at all. Because of this, we decided on a "best miscellaneous game" category, in which any game zany enough to break or even make its own genre belongs. Trauma Center seems to embody this definition. The game is a puzzler at heart, but is so different that it is even more than just that. It also managed to capture the hearts of our staff as the best "totally out there" game.
