Two Shantae games in one day is not out of the realm of possibility.
Shantae and the Pirate's Curse will soon be appearing in retail stores.
Rising Star Games has picked up the 2014 eShop title for physical publication on September 27 in North America and 30 September for Europe. The game will release for US$29.99 / C$39.99 / €29.99 / £29.99, and the announcement includes a mention of brand new content for the physical release.

That European kid sure plays a mean pinball.
The last full month of summer opens with a bit of a quiet week for the eShops - in fact, Europe's only getting two new games this week. They're just getting a lot of pinball sales - of both the Star Wars and Zen variety - to make up for it. With the Olympics somehow managing to start in Rio tomorrow, both North America and Europe will get to wear out their 3DS buttons with Stickman Super Ahtletics.

A rare Q1 2017 release for Wii U
One of the Wii U's best cliffhangers will be resolved early next year.
2014's mysterious action-adventure The Fall will see its sequel - The Fall Part 2: Unbound release on Wii U next year along with PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Although the sequel is intended to work as a standalone title, it will contain references to the original title.

The latest Pokémon Sun and Moon trailer has confirmed major changes to the game, including new forms of classic Pokémon and the addition of high-power type exclusive attacks.
Among the old Pokémon shown to be receiving new forms with variant types are Exeggutor (Grass / Dragon), Vulpix and Ninetales (Ice, Ice/Fairy), and Sandshrew/Sandslash (Ice / Steel). Other Alola Form Pokémon may be announced at a later date.

Aiming for late July but clearly they missed.
With no shipments in sight and only a couple of days left to ship it, Nintendo has officially delayed the release of Pokémon Go Plus.
The Bluetooth Low Energy accessory was tabbed for a late July release at E3, but the various national Nintendo Twitter accounts announced around the time of Nintendo's financial report that the device would ship in September.

Nintendo still isn't confirming anything, but multiple sources point to the ultimate evolution of the Wii U.
The NX codename may refer to a dockable portable console, according to multiple sources via Eurogamer.
The main processing power of the unit will be contained in a standalone portable system. The unit will dock into a connector hooked up to the TV for home use, and local multiplayer is handled by detachable control units on the side. Games will run either digitally or in a cartridge that can store up to 32GB.
