A few more goodies than the North American version
The European special edition of Metroid: Samus Returns is going all out.
According to Nintendo's UK site, a special edition will be available for the game that includes a steelbook, a gold "S" pin, an artbook, a soundtrack selection CD, a Morph Ball-styled keyring and a download code for Metroid II: Return of Samus on 3DS.

Lego Worlds is coming to Nintendo Switch this fall, and it will be available via both physical retail and digital eShop releases.

A remake of a GBA classic
Nintendo announced a remake of the GBA game "Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga" for the Nintendo 3DS during their Treehouse Live 2017 E3 stream, alongside a brand new trailer.
This new game features updated graphics and a brand new mode, "Bowser's Minions". This mode features a brand new additional story that happens parallel alongside the events of Superstar Saga, with a focus on what happened to all of Bowser's scattered minions.

Press Kit Assets give a peek into some future synergy. UPDATE: They're already available!
Super Mario Run came out in December last year, but future updates will add content to the game to match this year's upcoming Super Mario Odyssey. This wasn't announced directly via Nintendo's E3 Spotlight presentation, but official assets show Nintendo's plans to add new statues in the game featuring "captured" enemies from the game controlled by Mario's "Cappy" sidekick hat-character.

Earlier today Nintendo announced "Wedding Attire" versions of Mario, Peach, and Bowser Amiibo are coming out to go alongside the upcoming Super Mario Odyssey, but assets reveal that Koopa Troopa and Goomba are joining them too!

No longer woolly, these Yoshis will be launching eggs in a 2.5D cardboard craft world in 2018.
Yoshi is coming to Nintendo Switch. But as Nintendo's E3 Spotlight trailer for the game claims, "there are two sides to every story... and every stage!"

Sometimes enemies can become friends.
A new Kirby game has been announced for the Nintendo Switch at today's Nintendo Spotlight event.
Footage shown had Kirby absorbing enemies, then having them serve as partners as they helped him clear the battlefield.
The game, just called Kirby at this point in development, is scheduled for release in 2018.

A focus on co-op and supporting friends
New playable characters were announced for Fire Emblem Warriors in today's Digital Spotlight.
In addition to the brother and sister protagonists, Marth (Shadow Dragon), Chrom (Awakening), female Corrin, Xander and Ryoma (Fates) will be among the playable heroes.
No further release date was given beyond "Fall 2017".

The champions are back.
Nintendo outlined the DLC planned for Breath of the Wild with a new trailer during their E3 Spotlight.
The 1st DLC pack will introduce a new mode called "Trial of the Sword", and seems to feature waves of enemies for Link to fight without using any previously obtained equipment. The trailer shows floating Bokoblins and a higher difficulty "Master Mode", "The Master Trials Expansion Pass" will arrive on June 30.

Not this year, but it's coming!
A core Pokemon game is coming to the Nintendo Switch, and is currently in active development by developer Gamefreak. However, don't expect it anytime soon, as by Nintendo's own admission the title "May not release for more than a year."
Nintendo took only a few seconds to drop that juicy tidbit and wet gamers' appetites, but so far there are no other details on the upcoming title.
