On one hand, the Wii is getting franchises that never showed up on the GameCube. On the other, there are still plenty of titles that would be perfect on Nintendo's latest console, yet aren't.

Greener, But Not Green Enough Conclusion

There is no question that the Wii has attracted a number of fantastic series that people would never imagine seeing on a Nintendo console, but there is still plenty of untapped potential out there.

Publishers and developers alike are going to have an exceedingly hard time convincing shareholders that Wii development should be an afterthought. Hopefully Nintendo can foster a relationship with these companies, and encourage them to bring more major franchises to Wii to maintain the massive lead they have built thus far.
