In recent years, Nintendo has taken the strategy of partnering with a number of smaller third party development studios to supplement their own software.
Companies like Next Level Games, who made the recent Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon for 3DS, as well as the Mario Strikers games and the Wii reboot of Punch-Out, and Monster Games, who developed cult favorite Excitebots, as well as 3DS launch title Pilotwings Resort and the upcoming 3DS port of Donkey Kong Country Returns, have worked a lot with Nintendo in recent years. At the same time, companies like Renegade Kid and WayForward, while not formal partners in the sense of the companies above, have been loyal supporters of Nintendo's download platforms.
My question to the NWR community is which of these companies, whether mentioned here or not, do you feel has been most beneficial to Nintendo on their current and last-generation hardware?
