Sheesh, I just came in here to object based on the judge not being impartial to all bias. The issue is simple: This court is hearing the case of GoldenPhoenix vs. The Funhouse. That's the abbreviated name.

To put it simply, the case is actually "GoldenPhoenix vs. BlackNMild2k1's Political Funhouse." How can the judge be impartial when the very establishment that is defending itself is named after the judge? A judge, I might add, who judiciously has fought to preserve his name and role in said establishment.

This isn't a fair trial. You're turning this court into a mockery. As a moderator of an associated forum, I hereby declare this court in contempt, and rule that the case has been a mistrial.

There was no trial as the prosecution never stepped up.

If it makes you happy, I will find a Judicial replacement for this case.

Maybe someone known to be a Professional(666)

I did too. I know people complained about me being too serious but with the arguements GP made, there wasn't a lot I could do for fun so I ended up getting stuck in serious mode like Easycure put it and hammering away at the arguements. I was waiting for GP to get things going by at least testifying or entering into court her early reasons in this thread for people getting the banhammer. I was expecting many things but they never came and instead we just got a lot of nothing. Oh well. Another case won by Khushrenada: Ace Detective/Attorney. It might not have been as exciting as hoped but I guess I'll take it.

And I guess my services are up for grabs again. So, if you want me represent you, let me know and I'll get back to you. As well, the Khushrenada & Co. Law Offices are hiring so if you think you have the right stuff, send me a resume.

As for what's next, we could have a court trial to determine the winners of Mafia 37: Earthbound Mafia. But maybe it's better just to let things lie there.

Hmmm, looks like it is going to be a long appeal process in the case of GP vs The Funhouse. Well, the Khushrenada & Co. Law Offices have nothing to do with appeal law and therefore will be hitting the bar to celebrate and unwind within the Mafia Forum.

Forum Felons on probation who is apart of the accused, presiding as a judge, already made the trial a joke. I don't soil my beautiful hands in such a filthy judicial system run by a felon judge with a defense attorney who kills innocent people for sport in mafia games!
