The Movie Trailer that Premiered at Sundance 2009 (back in January)
So much Blacktion, that i posted it before I entered the thread!!

Last I heard was Sony picked up this movie after a positive showing at Sundance, but wanted to do some very minor re-shoots. Now according to IMDB this movie is set to release in Sept. 2009.

This is a definite DAY ONE for me.

edit: Also an interview with the Director(Scott Saunders) & Black Dynamite(Michael Jai White) about the movie.

Yes he was Spawn, and he's been in a bunch of things, but you can follow the IMDB link from my previous post to to see a list of his works.

His most famous movies though (or atleast titles you might recognize) are:

Exit Wounds (DMX & Steven Segal) - as the main bad guy
The Dark Knight - he was a henchman for the black mob fellas

Undisputed II
Universal Soldier IV - main badguy

He also did voice work:
Doomsday in the Justice League cartoon

I thought so too because the Jai in the name made me think of Urkel, who is Jaleel (sp?) White

It would be great if this movie is released in bluray not too long after its cinema debut. I don't like going to the movies, that's why.

I don't like going because the air conditioning in the majority of cinemas suck balls. They make me want to pee way before I even have to, making it quite uncomforatble to watch any movie because I don't want to miss any scene, and also because I can't pause and make a good snack to keep enjoying the movie like I can at home.

yum i've done that before. Once some friends and i brought our chinese food into the theatre cuz we thought we had more time to eat, but didn't. Lo mein and movies don't mix well though..

I just watched in DVD this morning. Been holding it since Tuesday when it arrived in the mail. Netflix had better sent my Dynamite, it was on the top of my list as soon as it was able to be.

Let me know what the extras are. I want to know if they have the Barry clip on there that was previously on the internet.

Micheal J White is friend of mine, and I remember him walking into my school one day for a meeting telling me this just came out. I didn't think anything of it, but after seeing the trailer I am very very interested. Looks funny!
