wow...

well, Im not genuinely against the console. I express my doubts on certain issues because Nintendo isnt perfect and theres a chance they can screw things up. But in fact Ive been very supportive of the console since it was announced. The scary part is people getting inmediatly mad if I express even a little worry or negative thing about the console, hey its going to be awesome but its not going to be perfect, thats a sure thing.

Look at the original post, Omen. Did I pick you out?

No, you wanted to act like you were big sh*t by calling me out.

At this point it doesn't matter about what people are whining about. Name, controls, whatever. No one has played it but so many people are genuinely against the console. Where's the logic in that?

I figure if someone is so out to be negative against it, might as well not play it. As long as it pollutes whatever forum I go to less, I'm for it.

Now I'm sorry I called you a whiny bitch. Really.

Nobody is against the console, and to claim otherwise is ridiculous.  Everyone who has a legit concern has stated seemingly endless times that they intend to buy the damn thing, so where's the logic in your claim?

Thanks for that last sentence.  True class.  Really

Can you guys please use private messages for your bickering? I'd like to see stuff about Wario Ware, Tennis, and TP.

Wario Ware will be fun because you'll do something besides timing some simple button presses. It probably won't even need button presses.

Yes, we can.  Although many others would rather read the bickering than the invaluable insight you just provided.

1 day 13 hours and 15 minutes.

Even with this Time issue, Nintendo is still remarkably good at keeping stuff under-wraps.  For example, developers know what the final feature is, so do some journalists, but we've been kept in the dark.

I don't think Wario Ware was a shock by any means.  If I recall there is a question from the "emergency" controller unveiled  mailbag that asks "so WarioWare at launch?"
The Tennis game was a no-brainer.

Really, this will be a huge event, so let's not go crazy till after we hear it all.

Too true, I'm nearly salivating at the mere thought of seeing something related to the new Smash Bros, I can't imagine myself after some details and (hopefully) screen shots are out there...

Matt Assismassiass.....ina put a couple E3 predictions up on his blog.

He mentions TP being demoed on the Wii.

You know what? That sounds like a damn good idea. So good in fact, that it'll probably happen. I mean, I know I have said this before, but what game could possibly show how the Wii can better existing games then Zelda. Everybody loves Zelda, and personally, Zelda is the pinnacle of the existing game formula. No other game is so seamless and as well-made as Zelda. Everybody knows that to some respect, and everbody would go hysterical if Miyamoto demoed it on stage in the Kodak theater in front of literally thousands of people.

You know..............I'd probably sh!t myself if that happened.

I'd probably fall asleep. Then throw my GC out the window.

It'd be pretty dull to show off these brand new controls with an old game, and at the same time it'd make the great well fleshed out game feel like a sparkling innovation. Lose-lose for everyone! I'll just wait for the REAL Zelda Wii in a year or two thanks.

"Twilight Princess now Wiimote-controlled

Twilight Princess

The TIME Wii tell-all has confirmed that The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess will feature Wiimote-specific functionality. TIME, trippin' off a self-confessed Errol Flynn flashback -- now that's old school! -- got a chance to use the Wii controller to sword fight, aim a bow and arrow, and reel in a "stubborn virtual fish."

While the details of the play-test where limited, the revelation suggests that Twilight Princess will play a major role in the Wii launch lineup. Twilight Princess is no longer a Wii-functional GameCube title. Uh-uh, Zelda just upgraded to next-gen status."

I was referring to TP....

You still seem reluctant in accepting the fact that TP is a GC/REV hybrid.

I was referring to that too - I probably should have said "I accepted the fact that Revolution controls were probable for TP a long time ago."

From all that discussion we had earlier on about this, I look forward to Nintendo implementing Revolution controls in a Zelda game. I just didn't want it to be for TP - I wanted a new Zelda game built with the Revolution exclusively in mind. I should add, too, that some of the controls you devised for a Wii Zelda game were great, as I think I've mentioned before. That's why I'm so excited about what Nintendo can do with a whole new Zelda game, and I'm eagerly awaiting it whenever it's released.
