Wait, you didn't mention "play" before, you can't change the rules!

Well I've posted it 2-3 times, and this time, yea, I left out "or play."  But in the others I said both.

Big deal.

Yeah....your most likely right, but I hope your wrong.

Nothing sells the Wii (at least to me) better than the image of Link riding into battle on his steed with his trusty sword held high into the air. If the Wii allows me to do that myself, then I am sold on the concept.

You'll get that chance, just not with TP  Besides, there will be plenty of other software to sell the Wii right?

They could actually turn this into a win-win too, and I think they know it.  All they have to do is bundle a few of those demonstrations with the game, cleverly hiding them or integrating them as minigames or what not, and they'll basically have pacified all those wanting remote control and hooked them for the next installment in the series.  They don't have to mention that the next game is even coming, you'll just know.

TP will still sell Wii's even as a Gamecube game.  Those who argue that it tarnish it b/c it'll look "last gen" are kidding themselves.

So maybe it's time to stop posting it, eh?  You're not going to do it, and nobody has said they're not going to buy the Wii, so what's the purpose?  Thinking you're clever?  Or to bore us?

I'm not sure why there's hostility.  I'd do it if it would shut up a detractor who has nothing but OMFG NINTENDO IS TEH DOOMED predictions left and right.

I leave out one word and correct myself AND admit to the absence.

The problem with me doing it - and yes, I certainly would - is that there's no way for me to track it.

But that wouldn't stop me if it meant one less bitch on here.

Hmmm...I wonder where Ian is, I would have thought he'd have replied to this thread talking about how the controller will make your arm tired or spawn mini gmaes by now

About the spin attack...maybe it would work by holding a button and making a horizontal movement with the controller?  Seems reasonable to me.

Where is the hostility coming from?

As Omen mentioned, why have you brought it up time and time again then? No one really expected you to follow through or anything, I'm sure some chuckled a bit at first. However, you kept posting it, someone finally called you on it, and now you are taking a defensive approach to the whole thing.

Because I mispoke and corrected it, and people are insulting about it.  That would make anyone defensive.  In fact, that's almost the entire way this whole forum here works.  Someone says something, someone calls them out, the first person says "Well what I meant was..."

Everyone does it, so why act like I'm the first?  Seems pretty juvenile to me.

I aimed this idea at Ian a few threads ago.  Search for it if you want.

Okay, well first off if you're specifically calling me a whiny bitch hater, you're incorrect. I hate the name, yes. I have given a reasonable explanation as to why I hate it.  That's where it ends for me.  Go back and read my posts and you'll see they are more coherent than your accusatory post, ten fold.  Besides the point, the person you jumped on with your moronic proposal in this thread wasn't even talking about the name, he was worried about the control for Zelda.  Are you going to follow around every person who has a legit worry and offer them this pathetic deal?

Of course you couldn't, so why f'n bother everyone with your childish proclamations?

Look at the original post, Omen.  Did I pick you out?

No, you wanted to act like you were big sh*t by calling me out.

At this point it doesn't matter about what people are whining about.  Name, controls, whatever.  No one has played it but so many people are genuinely against the console.  Where's the logic in that?

I figure if someone is so out to be negative against it, might as well not play it.  As long as it pollutes whatever forum I go to less, I'm for it.

Now I'm sorry I called you a whiny bitch.  Really.

Can you guys please use private messages for your bickering?  I'd like to see stuff about Wario Ware, Tennis, and TP.

Wario Ware will be fun because you'll do something besides timing some simple button presses.  It probably won't even need button presses.
