There you have it folks, the 3 owners. The strange part is, only 2 Gamecube systems have been sold worlwide, so one of these people with the GBP got the shaft.

The question was how many units sold last month and the answer was 3.  Since none of you bought your GB Player last month you all fail.

If they'd drop the damn price on the GBP I'd buy one.  $70 is just too much.

Well I got mine for $49.99.. at Superstore. That's the only time I've seen it under $70 in any store though. Well, I haven't really looked much since I got it.

Yeah, I'm always forgetting to add CDN to the end of my prices...I'd consider $50 CDN, but that's still a little steep (and obviously it's too much in U.S. dollars, as far as I'm concerned).

What sucks about the GBP is that before it came out it was going to be like 29 or 39 dollars them all of a sudden Ninteno jacked the price up to 50 dollars.  And the GBM is really too expensive.  I am going to get one, but not till next year after I have done away with Christmas shopping and Christmas itself.

M-Create numbers for the 17 to 23!

# 1: Hisshou Pachinko Kouryoku Vol. 1: CR Shinseiki Evangelion - PS2 - D3 Publisher - 72,000
# 2: Pokemon Touroze - NDS - Nintendo - 66,000
# 3: Kawasima Brain Trainer - PSP - Sega - 43,000
# 4: Super Princess Peach - NDS - Nintendo - 38,000
# 5: Dragon Ball Z : Budokai Tenkaichi - PS2 - Bandai - 34,000
# 6: Kadokawa Shoten - PS2 - Shuffle - 30,000
# 7: Brain Training DS - NDS - Nintendo - 24,000
# 8: Burnout Revenge - PS2 - Electronic Arts - 22,000
# 9: Super Mario Bros Famicom Mini - GBA - Nintendo - 21,000
# 10: Tamagotchi DS - NDS - Bandai - 20,000

DS     44,283
PSP    28,067
PS2    21,699
GBM    15,540
GBASP    7,389
GC    1,519
GBA    396
Xbox    129

My predictions were right on for the DS this week (smack in the middle) but the PSP help up better than I predicted. Next week probably around 26,000 for the PSP and 36,000 for the DS.

And SEGA gets the ****-on-a-stick award of the week for their lame copy of Nintendo's Brain Training games. Hopefully it drops from here on out.

Wow, Super Princess Peach and Pokemon caused DS sales to SKYROCKET from 44,262 to 44,283.

I think this is a case of either these games not tempting new users or people bought a DS over the past few weeks upon hearing about these games. I look forward to seeing the hardware sales on the week of the first Pokemon DS information and/or screenshots to give me more insight. It could also be a case that DS sales would have been lower this week but the new releases kept it steady.

Where Do Babies Come From? flopped hard, which was expected.

Also, good lord, Brain Training DS went UP again.

The fact that the system stayed the same showed an interest in the games.

On the topic of Peach, anyone else really like the graphics? That's the style I want to see in the next Mario Bros. Not nearly as 'girly' or cutesy, but those kind of bright colours and smooth sprites.

Or how about, the fact that Peach eats the enemies . . . . .   When I first heard that I was like "WTH?"  Then I saw a video where she picks up the enemy then underneath her unbrella eats the enemies . . . . . . Not even Mario has gone that weird.  Yoshi eats bad guys but Yoshi is a freakin DINOSAUR. . . .

PSP Brain training has already dropped out of the top ten.  I know it shouldn't, but that makes me smile.

Really good numbers for Shadow of the Colosuss.  Respectable numbers for Batallion Wars.
