I never had a problem with the GBP price.  I got it for forty or fifty dollars, but at the time I had no Gameboy.  I just had that to play Gameboy games.
Still don't have a GBA, I just got a DS.  Still use my GBP, though, I prefer the controls on it.

Half a million units in a single week is a bit much, don't you think?

Not at all!

Here's something rare, UK sales! For the past 3 weeks

Quote

NDS: 30,000
GBA SP: 15,500
PSP: 12,900

DS: 23,035
GBA SP: 10,034
PSP: 8,000

NDS: 24,492
PSP: 18,723
GBA SP: 8,799

Quite surprising considering UK is Nintendos worst territory that isn't Australia. (though I think it's actually worse than Australia at the moment, considering Nintendogs is #1 here and #38 there)

Hmm I hear it's a case of PSP shortages actually. Castlevania flopped horribly everywhere because the publisher is incredibly stupid and made it difficult to find, I guess they don't want peoples money OR to make gamers happy. Nintendogs WAS high up in the charts which is the cause of the initial DS boost, but now it's #38, while in Australia it's still #1 after being out for a while.

In UK do they count the bundles sold as Nintendogs sales, because it could be that most of the DS sold are Nintendogs bundles.

Oh yeah, quite possibly! I remember in the US when there was a Super Mario Sunshine bundle the software sales from the bundle were never counted, could be the same here.

Haha, yeah... actually, I was looking for the September NPD console numbers when I stumbled upon it. In fact, I was checking to see if there were any PSP sale #s, to reply to YOU when you asked for them in the PSP thread. But I didn't find them. They might be there though, I just didn't see them.

Not to mention a different picture, cause NPD is US and that's UK.

NPD should be very soon, definately in the next 48 hours.

Thanks for the effort.  Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure that September NPD numbers for PSP were never released for some reason.

NPD really sucks.  First they combined GBA and DS numbers, now PSP numbers are completely missing.
